How JT Studio runs itself with AI agents.
JT Studio is a sole proprietorship that works with a team of AI agents, with Jeroen as the only decision maker. This is how it fits together, with the numbers and what does not work yet.
Starting point
One person, a lot of recurring work.
Making books, drafting documents, keeping the books, planning. That work comes back every week. The goal: the work is ready, Jeroen decides.

Jeroen asks in one place. The Management Agent divides the work.
Nothing without approval
Sending, publishing, paying and merging only happen after Jeroen approves.

The way of working lives in its own repository. Every decision is in a log, with a date and a reason.
